| Ms. Maxwell's Global History I classes hosted the first annual
Social Studies Social, allowing Bishop Loughlin a peak into the
past. As an assignment, students were required to take in the wealth
of information that NYC museums offer by visiting either the
Metropolitan Museum of Art or the Cloisters. The objective was to
pick a few pieces of art from a time period they were studying and
research those pieces. Along with the research, a visual
presentation was required. These visual presentations were then
presented to the public at the Social Studies Social. Snacks and
drinks were provided for the patrons, and many students, faculty and
administration stopped by to view the projects. Here are some
