On Thursday, January
25, 2007 Music Choice’s corporate staff
visited Loughlin prepared to be of
service. Music Choice is a company that
programs music and produces music
related content for digital cable, cell
phones, and cable modem subscribers. (Wikipedia)
The staff broke away from their
corporate meetings in New Jersey to come
to Loughlin to paint murals in our
halls, to paint the cafeteria corridor,
to spruce up with paint the third and
fourth floor corridors at LaSalle Hall,
our new dormitory, and paint the 1100
plus seats in our beautiful auditorium.
The team of 100 or so corporate staffers
was led by Deb Gaultieri who visited us
prior to the 23rd with her team. They
toured the school to scope out sites for
murals and to assess suggested projects.
The group arrived on this chilly morning
at 11:00 a.m., met in the cafeteria to
be introduced to the school, and then
were deployed by their team captains to
their work sites. After getting oriented
and starting their project they broke
for lunch quickly returning to their
projects. Like magic, by 5:15 p.m. the
sites were cleaned up, the work
completed, and Thank You from Brother
Dennis extended to all.
The entire Music Choice crew beginning
with Deb and extending to all were
professional, courteous, pleasant,
enthusiastic and above all generous.
